A fully managed and secured device is $85 + GST per month ($60 support plus $25 SentinelOne), with Microsoft 365 backup added at $20 + GST per user. Where a staff member uses two devices, we typically combine them into a single charge rather than billing each separately.

Yes. For the regular monthly fee, your staff can contact us for any IT support they need during business hours, with no limit on the number of requests. The vast majority of support is delivered remotely. If we need to attend on-site, a travel charge may apply.
The fee is recalculated at the end of each month. Add a device and it's included from the following month; if a device is decommissioned and not replaced, the fee reduces accordingly. You're never locked into paying for equipment you no longer use.

SentinelOne uses AI to monitor behaviour in real time, works even when offline, can isolate an infected device instantly, and can roll back ransomware damage. For us to take responsibility for your environment, every device must be protected – one unprotected machine puts the whole network at risk.
Microsoft's own terms recommend you back up your own data – they don't do it for you. Email, OneDrive and SharePoint can all be lost through human error, a departing staff member, sync errors or ransomware. Tanglin keeps regular backups of your Microsoft 365 data, so anything can be restored to any point in time.
Day-to-day support is covered by the monthly fee. Larger projects – a server replacement, a SharePoint deployment, a migration – are quoted separately as a fixed price before any work begins. If a fixed-price project runs over, Tanglin absorbs the difference, not you. Any change to agreed scope is costed and approved with you in advance.
The monthly fee covers your desktops and laptops. Phone systems, scanners and printers are supported only for their network connection. Hardware itself, third-party software licences, and after-hours call-outs are charged separately and always discussed with you first.
